By all accounts (http://www.nytimes.com/2007/12/10/arts/music/11zeppelin.html), it was one kick-ass show (http://www.nytimes.com/slideshow/2007/12/10/arts/1211-ZEPPELIN_index.html).

There are rumors of a reunion TOUR...and if that's true, jmb and I will be selling her first grandchild (cuz her boys are sooooooooooooooo cute! :kekeke:) and going to see them.

Damn straight! lol I heard a snippet on the news yesterday about the concert. Just a crying shame you and I weren't there. A reunion tour would be fabulous! If there's a concert anywhere near, we will go! Can you say party? :kekeke:

I bought a 4 cassette box set some 15yrs ago....it still kicks ass. Its nice to hear some off the wall, obscure stuff theyve done.

Rhett heard on the radio just the other day that they were supposed to be headlining Bonarue (I know that's not spelled right) outside of Nashville this summer. Tickets are supposed to go on sale in January. It's kinda like Woodstock, it's all weekend, you sleep in tents and use porta-potties. He and the Bonnie Blues and their boyfriends are talking about going. I enjoy the luxuries of life so I'll probably stay in Nashville with a friend.

I can't imagine Led Zeppelin playing at Bonnaroo (http://bonnaroo.com/bonnaroo-2008-dates-announced) but the dates have been announced if you want to schedule your vacation then just in case.

Manchester is close to where Mom and Dad used to live. If LZ is there. I will be, too. :-D

I don't think that Zep is a Bonaroo kinda band. But if they are, that's my birthday...and I'm pretty sure that I can convince my Sner I deserve that as a fabulous birthday pressie.

Wow. Metallica at Bonnaroo? That just doesn't seem right.

Guess I'm sending the Sner an email. She's not going to be happy about camping. :smt118

If Led Zeppelin does play Bonnaroo....I'll be selling my Talladega tickets and going to the concert. This would a chance of a lifetime to see one of the greatest bands ever.

Is John Bonham's son drumming for them? I think his name is Jason. Zeppelin is the sheet. Perhaps, in my book they rank 3rd behind the Beatles and Yes. Far as good ol Rock and Roll number one. John Paul Jones is probably the most underrated musician of all time, maybe even more so than Freddie Mercury. I would go anywhere within a 500 mile radius to see them boys jam.

Seems strange that Metallica and Led would play Bonnaroo because if memory serves me correctly Alison Krauss (my future ex-wife) played there.

This is part of the rumored problems with Led Zeppelin doing their own tour. I for one, hopes Plant drops her gig and gets with Zepp out on the road.

Listening to concert now. Sound quality is not the best on this first seed, but at least i'm listening. Better ones will surface, i'm sure. Burning copy for work.

If I am not mistaken he and Krauss have an album out. I read that in a Maxim or something to that effect. I wonder what that would sound like?

Zeppelin? Touring? http://bestsmileys.com/eek/7.gifOh! Oh! I'm keeping an eye out. They need to come close. They did come to MS to get their blues influence. So I hear. Maybe they will come back. I know, wishful thinking.
