I'm sure you could stand on that beam on the edge of the building and dive in.
I'd be worried about some smart-ass with a BB gun shooting the end of the pool while I was in it.

I'd be a little scared of it... where is that? The Palms in Vegas? I know they have a similar set up on each of the floors of the real expensive suites.

That is the SPG Building in Dallas. It's being turned into a 5 star hotel, so it'd be possible to go over there and actually take a dip in it one weekend.
