Miss Mississippi Kimberly Morgan will be among the Miss America beauty queens living under one roof on the television show “Miss America: Reality Check.”

The program starts Jan. 4 at 10 p.m. on the TLC television network.

Morgan, 24, said she found the show “quite adventurous.”

The Lafayette County native was crowned Miss Mississippi on July 14, becoming the second black woman to win the title in Mississippi.

The television show is finished being filmed although Morgan said she couldn’t talk about what happened. She did say, however, that the show has helped her become more camera-ready.

We know what show noway will be watching come Jan. 4.

I just hope they didn't edit it to make the Mississippi girl look like a hick.

I'm just hoping she doesn't get into an argument about how gay people are sinning against God. That seems to be a common thing with Southerners on reality shows. She's black, so maybe I won't have to worry about the other thing Southerners are commonly portrayed as, racist.

Blacks aren't known for being racist?

And they can get away with being racist freely and publicly, because it's our fault they feel that way.

...or something.

Well, if she's at home and the show is still being taped..
I think it would be safe to assume that she didn't make it till the end? :smt102
