Late Night TV back on air

The late night talk shows are back on the air with their writers. Anybody notice?

Actually...Letterman and Ferguson are the only ones back with their writers. Everyone else is flying solo.

I'd heard that Leno wouldn't be doing a monologue, but he did. It was OK.

I actually thought Leno was better than usual last night. Maybe he doesn't need writers after all.

I thought so too Mikesgirl. I thought he did a good job considering he came up with his own stuff and had been off for 2 months.

On the other hand I didn't think Conan did as well. I think his monologue only lasted around 2 min or so. It was still a very funny show, but I think that may just be because I'm a huge Conan fan.
