Coach Fedora hires Five Assistants

Southern Miss football coach Larry Fedora announced today the hiring of five individuals to his coaching staff, Blake Anderson, Barney Farrar, Tony Hughes, Frank Wilson and Darrell Wyatt. The appointments are subject to approval by the Mississippi Board of Trustees of State Institutions of Higher Learning.

Wilson will be great in the N.O. area...
Hughes is liked by everyone in Mississippi....
Wyatt is a stud.....recruiter at least....not sure about coordinating abilities, but if you got good players, it tends to make one a better coach....

I'm impressed so far....He's got a couple of guys with some strong MS/LA ties....If he can get someone with some strong Mobile/Panhandle ties, he'll be in bidness.....Anderson and Wyatt both have strong ties in Texas, as does Fedora...

College football is about 80% recruiting.....just ask Ole Miss.....it was that other 20% dey was missin'.....
