The report from today's Inside Edition:

Britney Spears was spotted wearing her K-Fed wedding dress while out shopping with new boyfriend Adnan Ghalib.

Brit has resumed talking like a Brit, too, with a bizarre Eliza Doolittle-type accent.

Anyway, Inside Edition had a story on Britney the train wreck today.

She was out shopping with her new boyfriend, wearing the wedding dress from her marriage to K-Fed.

Brit was also speaking like a Brit, with a bizarre Eliza Doolittle-type accent.

She was also screaming four-letter obscenities at the paparazzi.

Out of control is a gross understatement of Britney's current state.

And I fear the new boyfriend is seeing dollar signs.

However, since the sad, sordid life of their mother is being chronicled by the media on a daily basis, it won't be hard for them to find out.

Brit has gone off the deep end and there is no coming back, I am afraid. I just feel bad for her boys. What a sad life they must have. I just hope K-Fed does not go back to his bad boy self. Right now he seems to be somewhat acting normal, hopefully.

honestly, i'm tired of hearing about britney.
I can't stand hearing about her on actual news broadcasts... that makes me sick. Course I can't stand hearing any "celebrity" stuff really... UNLESS I'm watching E! or reading US Weekly!! ;) but I would prefer it stay off the national headlines.
