It is a wet snow in Lake Serene. It is enough to make my 8 year old get bundled up and go play!:clap:

WTF? I got up to take the puppy out and my neighbors across the street were outside with their little baby, letting him experience "snow".

It's not supposed to snow here. Dammit. (grouchy because I have to drive to the coast)

That lasted about 9 minutes. 6 times in and out, getting different gloves and shoes.:-D

He said it is rain now.

Heavy snow Mississippi style . I think when I was out walking the dog we were walking faster than the neighbor was driving :kekeke:. I wouldn't mind a few inches of snow ( what's winter without it? ) but it's already changing to rain.

Although it is a mix at my house, my yard is starting to get a little white..looks like maybe 1/4 inch on the top of the wooden fence...not so much in the grass...

fuzzi, fishing girl and I were going to the coast too...don't look for that to happen now...maybe it will melt and we can go later...be extra careful if you do drive down...

when i left amanda's last night it was just rain. pinky and i were hurrying to our cars so it wouldn't rain on us. i took the dogs out at midnight and nothing. i woke up this morning and SNOW!! wow! the radar on the weather channel looks like there is A LOT north of us. i so hope it moves down this way!!!

When you take into account the percentage of people that have never driven on snowy roads, I can understand it. Up north, the first snow of the year usually brings more wrecks than any that follow simply because people have to remember to slow down again.

I just had a little wet slush on my truck and went into Purvis and never saw any snow. I'm right below the line. My parents live about 5 miles north of me and got a lot more snow than I did

Just talked to my niece in west Jones County. The almost-five year old was beserk with joy, the almost-three year old declared that Santa was coming to bring him presents!! I thought that was an amazing display of deductive reasoning. ;)

we are in south hattisburg/purvis area and its been snowing. although i am sad to say that mostly everything has stopped now. :-(
