We had a scare with some smoke from a heating element and what turned out to be a piece of insulation today. Hattiesburg Firefighters came out and checked things out.The tenant called them and they had the tenant call me so they could check on the apartment next door for smoke damage too. I just want to say thank you firefighters for your efficiency and getting here so fast. :clap: The people involved relayed this information to me. I was at the bank but was alerted of the situation and came home immediately. Both apartments were fine and smoke free when I arrived. Thanks again H.F.D.:smt023 :clap:
