Rudy Giuliani wins (3/1)
Rudy Giuliani finishes third (1/1)
Mike Huckabee finishes third (2/1)

On the Dem side, there are no delegates at state because the DNC is pissed off at Florida for holding the primary so early. Hillary will win, because the others have ignored the state, but it will be largely meaningless.

Rudy Giuliani is way down in the polls but over 1,000,000 Floridians voted early, when Rudy was ahead, don't completely count him out
