My Very First Post!

Hey all! We (hubby and I) are moving to Hattiesburg in March. Been lurking on the forums for the last few weeks while we were deciding if we were going to accept the job offer or not! Now that we know it's a done deal I decided to register.

We are looking forward to our move and getting our footing in a new area. Being so far from family, friends and a familiar environment will take a little adjusting but I know I'll learn a lot from y'all and maybe (hopefully) make a few new friends.

We want to buy a house, so if you have any realtor friends/recommendations PLEASE let me know. We will have a weekend to come out, see the area (my first visit) and put an offer in on a house. Yikes! No pressure or anything lol.

Alrighty then, I guess I'll be seeing you around! Oh and thanks to whoever started this cool site :smt023

How soon til you move?

Well, that kind of depends on how soon we can find a house and close on it. Mid March I'm guessing. It's going to pass so quickly! I'm getting excited but nervous too. I've never even seen Hattiesburg and I don't know a soul there... I'll be okay though :) I love an adventure!
