Welcome To Hattiesburg Sign

I drove on the Hwy 11/Hwy 42 bypass today and noticed as I came over the bridge from Petal that the "Welcome to Hattiesburg" sign is obscured by shrubbery. What's funny is that you can tell that the shrubs have been trimmed, but they are still too high for the sign as they block the wording.

Anyone else noticed this? Who on the board knows someone within the city to let them know about this?
