I saw the article in the HA today about the Wainright case. That got me wondering about the bagle boy case. Does anyone know the outcome with this case? Why hasn't the HA reported on it?

The trial is coming up soon.

It was NOT thrown out. As much as "Bagel Boy" and his lawyer have asked the Police Dept. and Officer Pitts to drop charges, it won't happen and they have laughed in his face.

Just sit back and watch, "Bagel boy" has run out of times to prolong this and drag it out, being he knows he has no case, and he is going to have to suck it up and take his punishment.

Thanks for giving me a straight answer cobra. I read in another thread where someone was b*tching about people not participating in other threads. Then when you do you can't get a straight answer about things. That someone just happened to post a useless comment on this thread.
