It was good. It was interesting
Clapton traveled around and recorded sessions at some of Johnson's old historic haunts.
He also explained some of Johnson's techniques - like a 12 bar line with an eight bar superimposed and a six bar vocal on top of all that - all without multitrack mastering and dubbing.
Sometimes he would extend the 12 bar to 13 or 14 bars - or shorten it to 11.
Wow!!
I never understood what Johnson was doing before Clapton explained it.

Robert Johnson was 2 things.... 1)a genius, 2) very evil.... how else can you explain why he did that to all the people that would cover his music. That's a pain in the butt to have to decipher.
