I am really wanting to see this film. Has anyone here seen it yet? I know it got awesome reviews (and it's up for an Oscar) but I'd like to hear what "real people" think about it. :)

I haven't seen the movie, but I read the book. I want to see the movie. I went by the theater last week hoping to see it, but it wasn't showing. It didn't stay in theaters long, did it?

I haven't seen it YET...but I did see "Becoming Jane" the biography/love life of Jane Austin...and James McAvoy (who also stars in Atonement) was FANTASTIC in this movie!

I am actually watching Fool's Gold right now.....what a coincidence. It's one of those seagoing happy flicks, but not as good as Captain Ron or 6 days 7 nights.

I wish I had downloaded it. I ended up going to the theatre to watch Fools Gold about a month ago. I wasn't all that thrilled with it.

this book was on sale for 30% off and B & N. i seriously considered buying it. i usually like to read the book before i see the movie if possible. so much is usually left out of movies sometimes.
