I know we've had music threads, but I need some help on this one...

I'm subbing for a spin class this coming week. I have not taught spin in a WHILE. I need some help making a playlist for the class. So, what songs get you motivated to work out? I need some current stuff or oldies. Stuff that may appeal to a variety of ages. What would you want to hear if you were in a spin class?

Any kind of dance music....something with a lot of beats in it. Gosh, what are some names.....

I THINK the time that I'm teaching, it's primarily women... young adult- middle age.... if that helps narrow the song choices down...
