The first wager is for Circusride to pay back the $40 million extra he won on the Leap Day vbookie event. If you bet on that line, you WILL NOT WIN.

But anyone can bet on the other wager. I had to come up with something because the program has to have at least two wagers/possible outcomes :) (It is 1:10 odds though)
