But if you look real closely you'll notice you're not looking at the camels themselves, but their shadows. The thin white lines are the camels.

In Iraq/Kuwait? Not for the U.S. military. I think there is like a 30K fine for accidentally killing one. Not sure if that covers accidents and purposeful or just for killing one period. High priced meat.

Why so much? what about those other critters I saw over there with the spikey horns? they won't let you shoot those either? WHY NOT? Soldiers like fresh meat too. I bet some fresh shot wild game would be good to some of them fellas over there... Be a hell of a lot better than the rations they are probably being forced to eat. I bet smoked camel is good.:-D

Yessir. The Euphrates is cool. Lots of weird looking fish. Can't hunt.... anything but Mohammed and Akhmed.

Sorry bout being off topic. I didn't get the chance to, when I was near the Euphrates, we would get blown up or shot at. Basically it wasn't worth it. I saw some of the fish they dragged out of there while on patrol, weird stuff.
