Just woke up to get my briefing before I head out to San Antonio ... noticed that now it appears that there's bad weather expected Friday:

Steve was saying something about it this morning ... probably severe stuff after 6 or 7 Friday night.

We kinda need it in Forrest County. There's a burn ban. I want to burn some piles of leaves and pine straw and other junk in my yard, so maybe if we get a good soak I can burn them up NEXT weekend. (Either that or the wind will just grab a hold of my neat little piles and force me to rake again!)

I was gonna say good deal! because then I could get impaired with no worries about having to get up Saturday, but then I remembered that I have to be in Jackson Saturday morning by 8:00. Hmmmmmm...

I actually wish it would pour rain late friday afternoon (after I'm off work). I'd love to get home, soak in a hot bubble bath, and watch a movie in bed while it rains. No tornadoes though- please :)
