A man accused of using a camera to take pictures under the skirt of an unsuspecting 16-year-old girl at a Tulsa store did not commit a crime, a state appeals court has ruled.
The state Court of Criminal Appeals voted 4-1 in favor of Riccardo Gino Ferrante, who was arrested in 2006 for situating a camera underneath the girl's skirt at a Target store and taking photographs.

The 16-year-old part kind of bothers me.

I'm sure she looked at least 21...

If 16 is legal there, it's legal. 16 is consenting age in MS... bring on the 16 year olds!!!

This should at least be considered an invasion of privacy. Really, it's on the same order as a peeping tom, only with a camera.

I got excited at first about the title of this thread, then I saw the 16 y/o thing. Not cool.

He would be able to take a pic of his intestines with that camera if I saw him doing that to a 16 yr old.

If you don't have to remove an article of clothing to see it, then I don't see how it's illegal.

Me, I never got the fascination with upskirts. It's a weird angle, and the pictures are all funny lookin, and even the skinniest girl looks fat, not that is really an issue for me... I like my ladies with a little extra... not a lot extra, but a nice soft woman...

may not be illegal but it's just wrong - especially when you throw in a 16 year old.

i don't get that fascination either - pretty much a waste of time if ya ask me. Too much work for too little payoff.

Legal or not, someone's gonna get their teeth kicked out if they try to take a picture up my skirt without my permission!

Most states are on the "Old enough to drive to the store, old enough to get bread" law. How many of us could've been arrested for statutory rape in HS?
Heck, Noway still could.
