Family Doctor

Who do you use as your general practitioner? I'm looking for a new one. Preferably in the Oak Grove area or west side of 49 at least.

I couldn't recall seeing a thread about this... let me know if there is one though.

We use Lake Serene Clinic. Dr. Hudson and nem.

Well, I've used Hudson in the past. That's actually why I was looking to switch. He's just not my fave.

Well, I've used Hudson in the past. That's actually why I was looking to switch. He's just not my fave.


Pitts and Robbins are fine. Pitts is actually much more helpful. I just ask for them when I call. If they are not working, we go to Dr. Lowe at After Hours Clinic. He is very nice.

We use the After Hours Clinic, too. We each have our own "general practitioner" but have ended up using everyone because of the after hours that they offer we often end up going AFTER work. All of the doctors are great - and they have all of your information on file, so it's not like going to an immediate care.

since youre in purvis... i know most of my family uses charles griffith at the family practice clinic and think hes the best thing since sliced bread

Dr. Lowe at The Family Practice Clinic is a good doctor and has always been very nice.

We use Dr. Robbins at Lake Serene Clinic (where Dr. Hudson practices).

We really like him.

He is now at Hattiesburg Clinic - West - 104 Millsaps Drive.

I also really like Dr. Maria Soriano - Hattiesburg Clinic.
I used her when she was at HC in Petal.
The last I knew she was at Cloverleaf Immediate Care on US 49 in front of WalMart.

Well, I met with Dr. Robbins today at LSC. He was very friendly and at least pretended to be concerned, unlike Dr. Hudson who doesn't even pretend!

That is who I was going to suggest. I know several people go to him and everyone really likes him.

I like Dr. Terry lowe he is not one of those in and out in less than 2 minute Doctors. He is really great at educating the patient as well.Great Medical Doctor and nice guy!

Dr. Hughes at the Family Practice/After Hours Clinic. Dr. Lambert, Dr. Lowe, & Dr. May are good, also. They are all in that clinic.:smt023
