Does anyone know a good commercial realtor? My band is looking for a new practice room. We only require about 200 sq feet of space, and currently practice in a warehouse. We need something else. A certain commercial realtor said they would get back to me, but they haven't.
We only practice on Saturday, about noon to five. We are all adults, and some of us are affiliated with criminal justice agencies. So, we are pretty responsible.
