We have talked about him before. One day I will be able to return a favor to him and he will not like it.
So did you sell the house? Or having problems selling it because of him

The house is still for sale...he started a house next to mine and never finished it...agent says everyone loves the house but hates the unfinished one next to it...:(

I can't find the thread but we had one on here about him filing bankruptcy. I have treid to serve him a few times and he pisses me off. Then his freaking employees know what the hell is going on and they try to protect him.

Didn't someone else have to take over........................I think I heard that he owed so much money to someone that they just took over because that was the only way they were ever going to get some of their money back.

Is this house the same one that had the foundation problem?

IT's been dry lately, you know...
Hattiesburg has more than its fair share of con men since Katrina. We got ripped off on something too. Maybe most of them have gone elsewhere by now, but it was really bad for a while.

Why do people try to avoid service like that? They have a mail box and Hattiesburg has a newspaper. You can run around and play games all you want but you will get served, by mail or publication.

We looked at the house last week. There is a contract on it and we still could have bought it but we didnt put in our offer because there is ALOT unfinished. I would have to hire someone to come in and finish and that would put me spending more on this house then buying one finished.

He is/was living down the street from me. He had his house for sale, and some people were looking at mine and his and decided to buy his because he practically gave it away because he is sinking. It really pissed me off though because it's going to mess up the comps bad now. He sold it at nearly half the value homes are selling for in my neighborhod per sq/ft.
