We are in serious talks about installing a swimming pool in our backyard, having gone so far as to measure the space, try to decide what shape and how to surround it, decks, walkways, landscaping, etc. The only problem we are having is what kind of pool?
Above ground seems to be the economical route, but I am not fond of the look. Inground is great, but expensive, and the liner/surface is always a factor. Several folks have suggested a fiberglass pool because the upkeep is minimul as opposed to a liner or concrete.
I know I don't want to have to water sample test every week or buy $$$$ in chemicals to keep it clear all the time, so we will begin with a salt pump.
Any thoughts? A reputable local dealer?

I dunno, but I would like to have one of those smaller fiberglass ones. Like out on 98 by walley world.

We are also, probably next year sometime.

People tell me that have them and have had both, to get the salt water pool.... way less hassell with chemicals and such.

There is another thread from about a month ago flying around somewhere about this same topic - recommending pool places, specially fiberglass.
