Moving to the Laurel area..

One of my dearest friends from high school is moving back to Laurel from Memphis. I am trying to help him line up the move.
Question 1. Is there a truck rental place that usually gives the best deals?
Question 2. Does anyone know how I can set up some paid help to help unload his furniture when he arrives? He is a heart patient, and I know for sure he can't do that kind of stuff.
He is on a tight budget, so price is an issue..

The only truck rental place I know of in Laurel is the Pawn and Trade across the street from Laurel Ford. They used to do Uhaul, but I think they do Penske now.

As far as hired help for moving, I have no idea. I will check around and let you know.
