that militia stuff was a good read. It was about how liberals wanted to take guns away from citizens and how after hurricane katrina neighborhood militia's were formed and kept the peace in the suburbs of New Orleans and how New Orleans turned into a mad house for awhile because the POlice took away the peoples arms. Then it was ruled unconstitutional and they had to give them back and then crime and shootings was stifled....ain't dat' sumtin'....

You need the exercise, just get you a push mower. Regardless, you don't NEED a tractor to MOW your yard - a riding mower can do that, or the push mower. You just want a toy. Admit it. I'm sure you have ALL kinds of reasons for NEEDING a tractor - can disk with it, can haul with it, can make a garden with it...but really, you just want a new toy. :-D

I could go on and on, but I really need a tractor. I'm serious. I don't have to have a nice new shiny one or a large one for that matter. I just need one to keep 2.5 acres cut. At a minimum that's about 5 or six hours on my craftsman....I need to get through in like an hour and a half...gotta have some time to fish.:smt118

The area around the barn used to be farmed. It's got some large terrace rows on it. The house isn't the only place I need to upkeep. I have two acres in the middle of the inlaws farm where I am going to hopefully build in 5 or 6 years (Where the camper is) that I need to upkeep. It's where my garden is and the kids place house. We usually all go over on the weekends and fish and what not...I need to keep that up also, so, theres even more justification. a zero turn doesn't go so fast in 3 ft. tall bahai and weeds....a bushhog, followed up with a finish mower a couple of days later however....seems to do pretty well.

Thank you for pointing out that little fact to him before I could. Heck, my John Deere L120 could cut 2.5 acres in less than 5 hours. Hey, Fish - maybe you should try to mow more than once a month - it'll take you less time.
