Some Good News For A Change....

A few minutes ago I visited the Army National Guard recruiting station and weighed myself in, for the first time since weighing 221 a month ago when I returned from taking the ASVAB. For my height and age, my weight cutoff is 212, although my body fat percentage almost certainly would have gotten me around that.

For the first time since early 2000 when I began practicing law, I have weighed in at less than 200 (197)!! Nothing better than stress from a crazy soon to be ex and running like crazy on your night job to make you lose some weight!!

Now, I know why I put so much fire Saturday night into my performances at Shenanigans -- I ain't the fat Elvis anymore!! :-D
