Now....Ruby Payne.....on a different note, I like to watch these videos from time to time and count the "educational buzz-words".....terms like "constructs".....constructs as a noun....I've heard that term at least 1000 times, and I still don't get it....

I think it's great that the whole audience joined in. I think we should all sing the national anthem when it's played. something about 10,000 people joined in one voice that moves you.
