Labor Day Plans?

Anyone doing anything fun for the 3-day weekend (assuming you get a 3-day weekend)?

I'd planned to go camping at a campground (http://www.recreation.gov/camping/Smith_Ridge_Ky/r/campgroundDetails.do?contractCode=NRSO&parkId=73406)about an hour and a half south of here, but right now I'm sick. I don't know that going camping when I'm ill is the best idea. *sigh* I'm hoping it goes away...cuz the doggie and I would really like to get out.

Working for most of it, but when I'm not working, setting up house in the new apartment. That is, if Gustav stays away or turns out to be a big disappointment like Fay. If not, at my parents, being bored.

supposed to go to NO saturday. Actually to Belle Chasse. Looking kinda iffy right about now. The last time we were able to go visit these friends it got canceled cause of katrina. That also canceled our myrtles trip for that year.

:smt102Well my plans were to return home to do some fishing in the Bayous of my home town in South Plaquemines Parish. But Thanks to this stupid Hurricane I won't be which really blows. So now I'm just going to sit at home and do nothing. Except wait to see if it takes my home town out like that Heffer Katrina Did! This really blows my Butt!:cry:

We've been invited to a cookout at our niece's Saturday; don't know yet if we're going or not. Sunday we're having a cookout here for our oldest son who will be 27 Tuesday. Monday...who knows...leftovers or cooking out. Most likely I'll be sitting here on the computer ...Gustav duty.

I forgot about dove hunting. Hubby's hoping to go Monday. :)
