Can Budweiser still call itself the greatest AMERICAN lager, even if AB sold out to a foreign company?

I don't consider Guiness girly; I consider Bud Light to be girly.
Your poll sucks.

InBev owns so many of the worlds great beers, that I don't have a problem with it. Historically they do the advertising/marketing letting the brewery do its thing. Stella Artois is probably one of my favorites and one of their flagship brands.

Glad to see everyone got the gist of this poll...
The point was to ask if it was appropriate for Bud to continue to refer to itself as the greatest AMERICAN lager when it is fact now owned by a foreign country.
If you wanna' bash BUD, fine. I ain't crazy about it either. But not the point here.

You are right its the best. The brewery is not far from the National Fire Academy so its the staple there.

any time you want to go on a yuengling run... ill ride shotgun
Stella is a great beer.
stella is a good beer... no disputing that
but its not an AMERICAN beer... its belgian
while the red blooded american side of me wants the best selling american beer to remain american...
i will not deny that the belgians and the germans know how to make a damn beer
that said... yuengling is still better
though i do have a soft spot in my heart for a blue moon with a huge slice of orange... yes i know its brewed by coors... but its still a belgian beer
just like miller chill is a mexican beer...
