AP - The 19-year-old publisher of a Web site facing a lawsuit over an article about a top-secret $499 Apple computer said Friday he can't afford to defend himself.

He did, he runs a site called ThinkSecret.com, which is a very popular mac news/rumor site. But Apple should be investigating who leaked the information in the first place and go after them, not the messenger (ThinkSecret). If it wasn't for sites like his, they wouldn't be receiving all the publicity that their new products have received.

They move articles on Yahoo! News.. Don't keep it in the same place forever, they have a archive system for it.
