it's all about who the blog represents. Is it a personal blog? Then personal opinion should follow. A company blog? Then the company is responsible for statements made on it. I haven't read a blog yet that I didn't filter through my brain as fact though. It's like talking to someone about something that's going on.

blogging is about freedom of speech, they'll never get some kind of etiquette to be used by the majority.
