call me cynical, but one day everyone is complaining they don't have enough money, the next, they are spending 1.3 million on a bike trail that connects to a bike trail 100 yards away?

put a bridge across 4th street so that students aren't in danger of getting run over every morning.

umm.. also for the fact that we dont have to stop EVERY time we go down 4th street due to a stupid system of crossing the street they came up with

something like that on campus is fine.. but not on a city street where everyone travels?

good call on that one hattiesburg
