View Full Version : Rowell, Carroll & Bailey have Committed Crimes in Office
Read the complaint on file with the Forrest County Circuit Clerk. These three council members have committed bribery and dereliction of duty (punishable by 6 months in jail and/or a $1,000 fine. Rowell committed embezzlement. They have also violated the Voting Rights and Civil Rights Acts. All three should spend time behind bars.

I just checked the Circuit Court and there are NO charges or cases against Betsy Rowell.

There are NO bribery charges against either one of them. The case you are refering to is a Commercial complaint dealing with a subdivison and zoning argument. The case is not specific to one person and several people have been listed in the complaint.
P.S. Have you paid your National Equirer subscription?

lol, ok, that clears up things a bit. This is just a case of a angry business owner vs. the city council.

Ok, so it's a civil suit filed in circuit court. Big deal!!! Everybody gets sued in today's world. I don't see any criminal charges there. It's funny that you say nothing about Delgado or Naylor. I know that they're not running for mayor, but they are highly responsible for what happens in the city also. I can't speak about Naylor but I know for a fact that Delgado has a criminal history. She was driving with a suspended driver's license at one point. You want to know why they were suspended? Because she didn't show for court one time and warrants were issued for her arrest. At one point her boss had to be called due to all of her unpaid parking tickets in Hattiesburg because she refused to pay them. And another thing, Why was Delgado disbarred as an attorney in the state of Mississippi? I would love to know the story behind this.

will set you free.
This is ridiculous, but undoubtedly it will change some people's minds. I'd like to think the readers here aren't as swayed by something like this as others are though. The big decision is, who will give Dupree a run for his money? Something like this may hurt Rowell's chances.

Exactly, but I hope voters will filter this kind of stuff. You don't have to read someone else's story to know if Dupree has done a good job or not. Reading them just helps affirm your opinion.
