I have an extremely bad case of spring fever today. I am stuck in my office with no window to the outside world wishing that I was outside doing something other than what I have to do today. Okay, enough whining for today.
By the way, have ya'll (yea I have lived below I-20 my whole life) noticed how much activity seems to be springing (no pun intended) up since the weather has warmed and spring is here. It seems that everywhere I turn this week I am seeing new construction, landscaping, and other interesting activities going on in our area. There also seems to be quite a bit of infrastructure improvements taking place around the area ('course it is an election year, duh).
So, my Question O' The Day is this...What is your favorite Pine Belt spring-time activity? For me it has to be either riding on the Longleaf Trace or taking a walk through downtown and seeing all of the urban foliage blooming out. 8)
On another note, is it just me or has the forum seemed eerily quiet over the last couple of days?
