well, there was a story just like this on here a few months ago. The girl didn't know who the president was, what year it was, etc. If anything needs to change, it's the law. Apparently, it left Terry in the hands of her husband, when I think it should say that if that person doesn't want to care for her, then the responsibility goes to the parents. If they say they can't, then we take her off life support.
