The female soldier at the center of the Abu Ghraib prison abuse scandal, Pfc. Lynndie England, today changed her plea to not guilty after a judge ruled she could not plead guilty and have witnesses tell the sentencing jury she was only following orders. The judge declared a mistrial and prosecutors will now decide whether to refile charges.
