What are the Hub dollars? I'm kind of new to the whole computer thing

Hub dollars is just something I put in for the future. I was hoping that businesses would give coupons to My Hattiesburg, and in turn, you could redeem your hub dollars for the coupons. I think at this point though, the forum has become such a political hotbed, that no business wants to be associated with it. They just want to read anonymously.
