View Full Version : seeking 3+ BR house
our family's looking to relocate in the hattiesburg area, and we're looking for a house with these parameters: 3+ bedrooms, solid structure and mechanicals (cosmetics can be in need of updating) in a rural area. Price must be very reasonable. We prefer a property on over half an acre, but would consider a smaller property if everything else was ideal. You can respond by email at madills@yahoo.com. Settlement date negotiable, but before new school year starts.
Thanks! :D

!!!Thank You!!! And might I add that we can't WAIT to get there! Spring in PA has been really "Chilly" according to the news...temps at night were down in the upper 30's!! That's what they call CHILLY?!?!?! Must have been born in the freezer!!

Might want to check out 543List.com's Rental page (http://www.543list.com/realestate/index.php?action=page_display&PageID=6). Not many listings, but it's worth a look. I'm hoping to have a rental/real estate section for the members here soon if I can get with some of the real estate agents about thier listings.

yeah, that site has the same problem as every other site, it's not updated. Agents just put their apartment complex on there, with no specific apartment, and you don't really know if there's an opening or not.

my mistake, for some reason I had thought she was looking for something to rent. That's why I posted that house rental page which was the only one I knew of. Oops. sorry about that. There's plenty of real estate sites out there, realtor.com is a good one.
