Representative Contact information

I have finally got almost everything done with the software side of the site and would now like to move on to some of the other ideas floating around. The first one that comes to mind is Hawkeye's "Contact your representative" page, filled with contact information for our local, state, and national representatives in government. I'd like to fill this page with phone numbers, emails, and addresses, so that when an issue comes up, we can point to this page I'm going to create and tell people to contact them asap. I just need your help in finding all of this information.

wow, for some reason I missed this thread and didn't know Kong had posted all of this. Thanks kong. I'll be putting up a main page with all of this information. Anyone know how to contact the mayor and city council also? How about state government reps of ours?
