I just watched the Pacifier tonight with the family. It was actually a pretty funny and entertaining family movie. Good clean humor and enough action to keep my boys interested but not overly and graphically violent. I would recommend it for families with kids of about seven and up.

Thanks Tully. I added it to my Netfix account. It is telling me there is a very long wait so I guess I will come back after I see it.

I watched this movie last night, and it kept me laughing. I have always enjoyed Vin Diesel's movies, especially seeing him flex those muscles. :smt118 Got to see some of that in this one, but it was quite different from his usual movies....in that he ended up playing the nice guy (sensitive to children.) I thought he did a great job. Great family movie...good, clean, and fun. :smt038

Saw it and enjoyed it...anything with Vin in is easy on the eyes to watch....action or comedy!

I watched it the other night. It was enjoyable but nothing special. I give it a 3.
Although the premise is good I thought it fell below my expectations of it. I've liked Vin in several action movies I've seen him in, but I think he was a little like a fish out of water in this one. He needs to stick with blowing stuff up and beating the crap out of bad guys - he's not a very good comedian.
The movie had its good moments and some good comedy. It is a good family movie. It was just not cast very well. Bruce Willis or someone like that would have been much better in the role. Nothing against Vin, I like him, but it just wasn't his role.
