I think the only thing they have is rice, beans, and nacho chips.. Skipped taco bell.. Coope deville would be good... Called them up and the guy says sorry but we dont have any chicken wings left.. This was 930 at night.. sop no tacos at taco bell and no chicken wings at coope deville..

Oh girl! I love El Mariachi. But if you like Mexican Kitchen, chances are you won't like El Mariachi. I haven't found anyone that likes both. You either love one and hate the other. I, myself, don't care for MK.

A very simple recipe I made up years ago consisting of Uncle Ben's wild rice, a can of cream of shrimp soup, crabmeat and shrimp with bread crumbs on top.
Pork chops, sweet potatoes, and spinach.

Cook some bacon until crisp...reserve some of the drippings (2-3 tablespoons).
Add some minced garlic to drippings and cook (stirring frequently) for a minute or so. Add 2-3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Stir, scraping up brown bits in skillet. Add pinch of salt, couple of pinches of pepper and a couple of teaspoons of sugar. Continue stirring until sugar and salt dissolve.
Pour dressing over spinach and toss.
Serve.

sandwiches :-( Im too tired to cook. I worked 12 1/2 hours today and my work day is walking through the daycare center non stop. We have over 325 kids so you can figure how big it is!!
I had bought ground beef for tacos but that didn't sound good so I just fried up hamburgers. I forgot to buy buns but found some in the freezer. I figured they wouldn't be the freshest so I threw them in the oven to thaw and toast. That they did, but the taste...YUCK! I don't know if it was freezer burn, or if they had soaked up some funky flavor, but it was too nasty to eat, so I pulled the patty off the bun and ate it by itself.

Macks for the catfish, can't decide which one to go to though. Food is better in the new one on 98 most times. Sure am hoping they are going to have some crawfish on the buffet. No body seems to have crawfish on their buffets anymore. Macks tonight though.
