baked pork roast with potatoes and carrots, fresh squash and zuccini (i can't spell this veggie) and baked beans! ..birthday cake for dessert...yummy for my tummy!!

Tonight I smoked chicken breasts on the grill. Those have been combined with some creamy, cheesy grits and green giant roasted, seasoned baby veggies. :clap:

I went to Jimmyjams and had 4 different kinds of fish, shrimp, and all kinds of veggies. I even had a piece of Bluefish which I have never tried before. it was all delicious.

We were suppose to have meatloaf with potatoes BUT I took a nap and Bayfly didn't wake me up. Soooooo, now we are having the leftover hamburgers that he grilled for lunch.

We just got back from our weekly trip to WalMart and lil butcher shop........after buying all that food Im not even hungry. Kids are chowing down on celery w/ ranch dressing. I really dont know what Im going to cook for dinner. I never want to cook after shopping!!

No sir. I seriously think I got food poison from that burger or either caught the stomach bug thats been going around. cause beer aint never done that to me before.

I had some summer squash stuffed with ground beef and rice. Green beans with almonds and pineapples with blueberries and rolls. It was good except for the squash dish.

Take out , down the road, smoke house style stuff. Pretty darn good for the boonies and they make boudan (special order) and it is awesomely good.

Wow, we had a great supper. Tenderloin steaks cooked on the grill, mashed potatoes, boiled okra, biscuits, and salad.

The wife got a tenderloin strip the other day for $4.99/lb. so we cut them up into steaks. They were great. You can't even get ribeyes for 4.99.

It was lunch, not supper -- but, BabyBro made some chicken & pasta in a marsala sauce, based on a Macaroni Grill recipe. Mrs. Bro made creme brulee' -- we couldn't have afforded that meal in a restaurant! It was beyond great -- also was a family birthday, and the birthday person was very happy about it.
