Red beans Anne Rice, salad and a couple of Margarita mixers.
Cane creek also has a bike night on Thursday nights, haven't been yet but I see it coming this next week. Used to be some of the best seafood and domestic around.

A pimento cheese and olive sandwich for lunch, a Coke float at Mom's this afternoon, and a Hot Pockets & V8 for supper. Hmm, that doesn't sound very good written out. Wish it had been grilled salmon, baby new potatoes and fresh green beans, with fresh strawberries for dessert. Yeah, I'll just pretend that's what I had!! ;)

A McDonald's fish filet "meal deal" -- is it asking too much for the piece of fish to actually rest BETWEEN the two piece of bread? It happens every single time I get one of those.

Forgive me, I had an aggravating afternoon, and that was the one teensy aggravation too much.

Cubby, if it makes you feel any better, it wasn't that good. We ordered takeout from the Italian restaurant. Hubby and daughter got pizza and theirs was delicious. As we sat down to eat, I asked them what that smell was. Not delicious aroma but smell. It was my food. Thank goodness it didn't taste like it smelled, but I should have gone with pizza.:smt022

Yeah, it was an impromptu decision. The wife and I had been in New Augusta and just decided to drop in on the way home. It was late too. About 9:00, and I figured you and Gus had about the same bed time.

I have the week off next week. Will prolly be in H'burg a day or two visiting the folks and Mr. Moore's bike shop. I'll try to stop by sometime when you're not playing pocket pool. Butterball is right about that being a solo adventure.

If you ever get a chance to drive down to Bay St. Louis for the day, try the brunch at The Seymour House in downtown BSL. Outstanding and the price was not as bad as I thought.
