Correct 10 codes.

I will print the right 10 code when I find my paper so all will know what is being talked about. The 10-50s have to do with wrecks and drunk drivers. a 10-92 is a mental person. I couldn't post a reply so I had to open a new thread on this-sorry. I will try to get this information on here tonight for everyone.:smt102

Every department has their own 10 codes. Most of the important ones are the same ie. 10-4, 10-7, 10-8, 10-33 and there are a few others, but there is not a ' right' complete code that every department uses.

the S.O. uses a mixture of 10 codes and signal codes

i think the only reason they use 10 codes is b/c most of the people talking on the radios butcher their words and letters so badly you couldn`t understand them. whatcha think? 1002, 5by5 , 1012, 10 1234:smt038
