Go Gold at the office

During football season where I work on Fridays before USM home games we can wear jeans and black and gold USM shirts. Usually it's mainly the people in HR who remember to dress this way..there are a few others.

But it got me curious as to how many other businesses do this? I know there's always a push to get businesses involved with USM. So does your place of employment practice this?
