I'm surprised no one's brought this up yet, but I'm just amazed that for the second year in a row USM has once again been ranked as a 4th tier college.
Looks like Shelby's dream of having a "world class" university is coming true - a Third World class university. Maybe we should call in some help from Delta State or Alcorn to get us out of this mess (no insult to either of those unis).
