Gunner Palace is a documentary about 400 American soldiers in Iraq living and operating out of a bombed out palace previously occupied by Uday Hussein. The movie is a series of interviews with the soldiers. As far as I could tell it doesn't have a political slant. It is simply about what our men and women of the armed forces are experiencing. I first learned of this movie while searching the net and dont think it made it to theaters around here. It is now out on video. I highly recommend this movie and enjoyed watching the "extra scenes" as much as the movie. While there is little violence it is filled with strong language.
