Court says flag pledge violates Constitution (Reuters)

Reuters - A California atheist who last
year lost a Supreme Court fight to remove the phrase "under
God" from the Pledge of Allegiance won an initial round on
Wednesday to revive his cause in the courts.

Well if you want to try to force the rest of the country to do what you want and it falls in line with what many would describe as the liberal agenda, then you have to bring your problem to a state court like California rather than say ... going through the proper channels like the Knights of Columbus did to put the statement "Under God" in the Pledge in the first place, e.g. propose a bill in Congress.

I'm not terrible suprised about any of this.
