San Diego Vs St Louis (NL)
Houston Vs Atlanta (NL)
Boston Red Sox Vs Chicago white Sox (AL)
New York Yankees Vs Los Angles Angels (AL)
All series are 5 games so after a team wins 3 games they win the series..
Then the league championship series begin..
I think it goes 2 games at st louis then 2 games at san diego tehn one game at st louis so ST LOUIS HAS THE HOME FIELD ADVANTAGE..
Atlanta home field advantage
Chicago hone field advantage
Los angels home field advantage
st louis home field advantage
check out mlb.com or espn.com for further information
even money return
your picking the series winner not each game

well looks like st louis is doomed (hubba 2500 play)
EddieD you need to borrow some hub dollars? ;)
Braves play at 3 pm wednesday tomorrow.. Cucos 1 dollar tacos and one dollar margarita's (sp)...3-7 Sounds like a good place to be... :smt028 :downapint
So we ARE betting on the winner of the World Series, not NLCS or ALCS, right? Or is this for each of the league championships?

This is for the divison playoffs.. Then the league championship will be next week.. I think they play a 7 game series... 8 teams now then down to 4 then the final two for the world series...

Cards are up 2-0...I haven't doomed the Cards yet! The Padres were a barely .500 team this year (82-80 or something like that). The Twins had a similar record in 1987 and won the World Series, but they play in the very loud Metrodome. The Padres have no such advantage, so this was really a virtual no-brainer for me.
Hubba, it takes more than that to doom the Redbirds! lol My oldest son went to 7 or 8 games this summer, but between classes and work, couldn't get away for any of the postseason action.

Well the whitesox won their series with the redsox.. nobody picked the whitesox.
the angels are up 2-1 over the yankees.... braves and astros 1-1 I bet it goes five games...
The cardinals are up 2-0 looks like the easy win..
