Bonita Favre, mother of former University of Southern Mississippi and current Green Bay Packers quarterback Brett Favre, will be on campus for Saturday’s homecoming to sign copies of “Favre” from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Barnes and Noble at Southern Miss.
I read that book recently.. Has alot about Brett's playing days at USM... Some of you might remember Doc Harrington.. Well against AL after Brett was hurt from the car wreck he had at the end of the summer the talk was brett was not able to play against AL. So the first play of the game the backup Quarterback was on the field then brett appeared and I think USM beat AL on that saturday. Well during the game brett was hit and would not get up off the field and Doc Harrington ran out there and everyone was scared he had got hit in the stomach where he had his surgery. Doc looked at him and said "brett whats wrong" " I got hit in the balls Doc" LOL!!!!!
